Returned Orders

Orders to be returned must be new, unused, and in original packaging, must be returned within 30 days, and must have a return authorization number. Returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Products damaged or defaced due to installation are non-refundable.  

ANY AND ALL CUSTOM CUT AXLES ARE NON-RETURNABLE

Warranty

All parts will have a one year STRUCTURAL ONLY warranty. Within a year of purchase, if your product breaks due to a structural problem, we will replace your product. All items must be  returned for inspection before warranty will be fulfilled. Any products ruled broken from jumps, rides, etc. will not be covered under warranty.

Backwoods Armor, or its owners will not be held responsible for any damage to your machine, or personal injury as a result of adding one of our products to your machine. With any lift kit the center of gravity on the machine is increased and caution must be taken when riding.
